Pounds for Plasma

Dear Family,
Recently it has been discussed in our family that I am currently selling my body for money...yes I am selling my blood plasma. Over a delightful lunch with my dear Uncle Mike and Bompa (the first I've eaten since last donation), it was suggested that I shouldn't do this and the family would help support me financially. The suggestion of a family marathon came up. "Pounds for Plasma" is the name and for every mile run, money (pounds) would be sent to my excellent self. There is a beauty in this for the play of words is most clever. Not only will we loose pounds (lbs.) as a family but I will be able to eat with the pounds ($$) donated!
Please send all donations to:
A Poor Wayfaring Becca of Grief
The Cardboard Box next to HoBo Joe
Smelly Duck Pond Staircase
Provo, UT
84606
Most Sincerely,
"My Body is Money" Becca

PS Please understand the above is totally a joke and that I am NOT selling blood plasma because I need money. It's just a good thing and feel I am helping others who really need what I can healthily give them! = ) I just had to play with the comments I've heard are circulating around the fam!

Mission!

Hi, Family!

I'm sure you all know by now, but I want to make sure.....

I have decided to serve a mission!! My papers will hopefully go in on the 18th of January. I just have my interview with my Stake President left and then it's interviews for my temple recommend and on to the temple the 2nd or 3rd week in February. I'll keep you all posted! I'm... well --- terrified and totally excited all at the same time! :0) It will be great. I'm happy to have this chance to serve the Lord. The picture in the corner is the one I sent in on my papers. AND SERIOUSLY YA'LL BETTER WRITE!!!!! Nothing would make me happier!! xoxo (This blogging thing is fun!)

Dallan--HiiiiYahh!!

Here's Dallan killing an invisible man several times over.

Crucero Mejicano

Here are a few photos of our cruise to Mexico over Christmas. I've already told you guys about it, but since we were invited to share, here you go.

We left from San Diego December 19th on the HAL Oosterdam. It's a 86,000 ton beauty (55,000 tons was food) and has been in service since 2003. It's our second time aboard, having taken the same route (more or less) 4 years ago.

Anyway, we hit Mazatlan first and did some mountain biking, then Puerto Vallarta for some hiking, then Christmas Eve in Cabo for some kayaking and snorkeling.

Enjoy the photos, Mike
